  • Clean, complete items in good usable condition
  • Light scuffs, shelf wear and minor signs of use
  • Books with intact covers and readable pages; writing and highlighting are okay
  • CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and 4K discs that play properly
  • Working video games with essential parts included
  • Original cases and cover artwork when applicable

Do Not Send

Items we cannot accept

  • Ex-library or ex-rental items
  • VHS, vinyl, cassettes, audiobooks, spoken-word CDs or digital-only products
  • Deep scratches, cracked discs or severely broken items
  • Water damage, mold, heavy stains or strong odors
  • Missing pages, discs or essential parts
  • Bootlegs, promotional copies or items marked "Not for Resale"
